1.5 Cup Chicken Breast,cut,into small pieces
For Marination/Breading:
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Egg
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
As per need Salt
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Cup Panko
For Bang Bang Sauce:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
A pinch Salt
1 tsp White Vinegar
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Clean,cut and dry the chicken breast meat(you can also use thigh meat).
In a mixing bowl,add the ingredients to make the batter for frying the chicken.
Heat oil around 2 inch(enough to submerge the chicken pieces). Add the chicken to the batter mix and mix well to coat the chicken.
When the oil is hot enough,coat each piece in panko and drop in oil slowly,fry on medium heat till chicken is cooked well.Drain on a kitchen tissue.
Next make the Bang Bang Sauce,for that in a mixing bowl,add the ingredients for the sauce and mix well to combine.
Finally toss the chicken pieces in sauce or pour the sauce over the chicken pieces,to coat the chicken well and sere immediately.Enjoy!
